I am giving away a Round cut Diamond / White Topaz-like Cubic Zirconia, Rhodium-plated ring, size 7. Believe it or not, rhodium is actually more expensive and more rare than gold, although rhodium-plated jewelry is fairly common. A solid rhodium ring costs almost 10 times more than a solid 24K gold ring! The CZ stone sparkles like a diamond, although it looks more like a white topaz stone because it's so big. It's measurements are approximately: 12mm x 12mm. The stone is surrounded by 16 smaller CZs, which look exactly like diamonds!

Comes from a smoke-free, hairy pet-free home (I have a snake and gecko, but they can do no harm : ) ).

UPDATES: Although the tag says that the ring is 14KT gold electroplated, the ring is actually Rhodium plated. I bought the ring wholesale from a very trustworthy seller who only sells 14KT gold rings that are gold-colored and rhodium rings that are silver-colored. This seller sells rings to major companies like JC Penny, Avon, QVC, & HSN. I also have a gold tester and, even though it's not designed to test rhodium, I actually get a faint read-out whenever I test rhodium with it. This ring tests consistently as the rhodium metal-plated rings that I have tested in the past.

UPDATES: My gold tester is able to test rhodium (along with platinum & gold), and it gave a positive read-out indicating that the ring is rhodium. Whenever I test rhodium-plated rings with my tester, they always leave a faint yellow line and then they usually leave a dark purple line. You can see the faint yellow line in the last pic. My gold tester is really only designed to work with gold and platinum, but since rhodium is so pure, it works on rhodium too!

OK, peeps! I am traveling to Mexico (Cancun, whoohoo!) at 3 a.m. tomorrow, and I'll be gone until Oct. 25th (all of my actions end after that date, of course). So, I won't be responding to comments and messages as often as I do now (because who wants to be glued to a computer 24/7 when she's on vacation....not me!) Please don't freak out or worry that I am abandoning my multitude of auctions. I am not.
