The listing, Humane Dog/puppy leash trainer has ended.

This "humane" leash training tool gently puts pressure on puppy's nose it does not choke or hurt them they just don't like the pressure on their nose so it does work I trained my puppy with it. It does come with a leash if you need it if you don't need the leash then you don't have to take it. It is fully adjustable up to around 100 pound dog. I bought it at petco for 40 dollars.

It's a good way to train them, doesn't hurt them it's more of a nuisance to them, puts pressure on the bridge of their nose and they hate it so they learn.

it's for large dogs so I would imagine yes it is adjustable
