Measuring OPEN from END to END (not counting the clasp) 17" and since I have presbyopia had to have hubby take a magnifier to read that it says on the clasp "SS" I am not a jeweler but I suspect they are culture in salt water because of the shape and inherent discoration on the pearl itself. it is an open "cage like" pendant. HONESTLY I have these for equivalent of under $7.00 and it is costing me to ship with "free" postage and materials and ink and paper it's hardly worth much more and I'm about ready to close out my Lisita after a bad experience today with a REAL "winner". I do my utmost and list with actual photos and measurements but I'm only downsizing my home and my deceased Mom in law, great uncle and my Mom's TWO properties I am not an expert only trying to clean house.

I apologize, as I know you have a ruler right there, but exactly how long does this chain measure?

And also, is there pearl Fresh Water or Salt Water? And is the pendant it is wrapped inside also, Sterling Silver?

I apologize for that person that you had to deal with today! No one should ever have to deal with people like that!

And I completely understand, as Shipping Fees on here for those of us who all do Free Shipping, can certainly get outrageous! But I just really love this piece, mostly as I think it will be a lovely Xmas gift for a friend! But thank you so much for getting back to me so quick!

I can't share what else happened today but I do believe God is in control because I am really really really about had it with liars. I have nothing to hide and am only on here to downsize and possibly get something for my children and all that I do is for them.
