Theresa510, Im pretty sure all Listia rules apply whether you state that or not... Ironically, Listia actually has a rule about not posting excessive rules or reposting their rules into your listings, although I don't think the mods often correct it bc its not that big a deal. Also, you can state no refunds all you want, if you send someone a used or bad code, a dispute will be opened. Personally, I would say just to accurately represent what you're selling and interact with honesty. Best luck!

I would also put in your description about no refunds because it is a code... Once it is used OR sent in a message. That is it. They could redeem it and then ask for credits back.

In your description you want to add as much information as possible. This way if there are any issues and buyer wants to dispute it. The Listia Administration will look at all pictures, comments, messages, and description on the listing. This will help in your case if you have everything possible in it.

For me. I put all Listia rules apply, no winners remorse, no refunds (no refunds for digital codes mainly, but not limited to just digital codes), what form of payment (if asking for shipping cost when listing something that has to be mailed), etc. anything and everything you can think of.

The more information the better. Also. Pictures the more the better too.

Also good information:
Never give out your personal information. Nothing more than an
Verified address so a Buyer can send your item. Everything should be handled through Listia. All messages and such.

And always remember if you need more help you can always always go to help and submit a request. :)
The customer service for Listia is awesome. They are super helpful.
