FREE: Cute little Two Piece set (Vintage/Antique?))

I have know idea what the set would be other then cute. Well ok I'm not totally lame brain here the one of course is an ashtray but I don't know what the other one would be. I guess I would use it as a toothpick holder. I just picture sweet little old ladies set around playing Canasta smoking and picking their teeth oh my ok get that vision out of my head lol.
Ok back to the cute little pieces as you all know I am doing my Fall cleaning and I came across these little treasures they are in great shape no chips,cracks or crackling on them. I have shown the measurements and the little what I think is the toothpick holder has a number and a letter on the bottom the ashtray does not.
