The listing, Freestyle Flash Blood Glucose Meter has ended.

Easy to use, easy to read, accurate and portable. The Freestyle Flash kit includes a zippered pouch with compartments for the meter, a test strip canister, lancets and the actual lancet you use to draw blood. There is even a little pocket – a bit of a tight squeeze – for your log book.

1. Maybe the easiest meter to use with quality test strips
2. Don’t get enough blood the first time and you have 60 seconds to add more.
3. There are averages and downloads and alarms and all sorts of toys
4. The meter and all its accessories pack neatly into a small black and very discreet case.
5. Accuracy is always questionable with home-based meters, but docs and wellness counselors at multiple places have told me that this is the one to buy (and so far, it is one of the few the FDA hasn’t forced a recall on)

Batteries are running low, but you can pick some of those up almost anywhere.

Honestly I am not 100% sure, this was my mothers and I thought I was leaning towards diabetic symptoms, but have been feeling better and don't think I will be needing this. I checked with the local pharmacist and they thought the generic Cvc's ones would work...so no clue, you can try it and if it doesn't work relist it...

I'm sorry to bring this up but this is considered a biohazard because it is used.
It is not allright to resell this.
Cleaning it throughly won't make it good. The winner runs the biohazard risks: Hepatitis, HIV,
Please consider deleting this auction and turning the packageinto a county clinic for disposal. That's what I did with my mom's DM's machines.
They come up with new machines every few months. The machines are free from the manufacturer and ONLY work with directly related strips and lancets - which are costly.
PLEASE reconsider this auction.

I only plan on using the meter & nothing else i have 400 test strips and my meter quit working

Ok, I will keep it on then, there are 2 here, they need batteries I believe, it turns on then off shortly after. I think my mom only used 1 of them also and then got the other one free...she has one that talks to her so she decided to use that one and give these to me.
