This is a white and purple pageant ooc made for my baby girl when she was 18 months. We stopped soon after and never wore it. She decided she wanted to do dance. Has been up since getting. It is an ooc not a pageant dress. TY and have fun.

No. No wires or buttons. Unless you mean the waves at the bottom of the skirt. Yes it is sewn to be like that. But nothing to pock or prod. Dose that answer your question?

More info: It is a two piece. The top ties once in the back and the bottom slips on. It was made by a family member so it is not perfect but is still cute. The skirt has several layers of white tulle under that waves and the white material above also dose. The skirt was also made at an angle. She did it on purpose. Still really cute.
