Thanks for the inquiry. The chain is 12in. long. The chain itself is not marked but the back of the tooth is. I gaurantee that the chain is sterling. How do I know? Well I had this jewelery for a long time assortment of it. Things got a bit tough and I had to sell some of it as scrap. I took alot of the chains and sold them to those businesses that buy scrap silver and gold and coins! Hope this helps!
