Yes I posted Fuzzy Handcuffs! In Excellent Condition. Used? I don't know, very clean look brand new. You won't believe I found these in a garage sale of 4 little old Ladies (one with a walker) when I asked about the cuffs no one admitted knowing about them. No keys, but it has a safety quick release on both sides. So they may not of come with one but they do have the key hole. These are heavy duty, not cheap thin metal or plastic.
