Do you own the iCloud account to which it is locked? If so, you can easily remove the iCloud lock by removing the device on iCloud.com.

Devinwong you can't win then request a refund bc you changed your mind or bid on accident. Seller has the right to keep the credits and relist the item, if you chose you do not want it if u win.

U.s, cellular is a cell phone company.. like Verizon, att, sprint, cricket, tracfone, metro pc, straight talk, tmobile, etc... US CELLULAR I don't believe is such a large company, bc I recently learned of them a year ago or so. But I believe you can still transfer the service to other companies if you use a different company.
