The top is very soft and silky and a bit stretchy.. it is made of 60% Polyester 30% Rayon and 10% spandex. It has a beautiful sequined heart adorning the middle of the shirt, with a High low cut.

The bottoms are adorable and the bell flares match the top.

In Excellent condition. My daughter only wore this a few times before she outgrew it. No rips/stains/tears or repairs.
