this phone is fully functional. has light scuffs on the back and some scratches on the front screen. other than that the phone looks and works great.

this phone has also already been restored to factory settings. all you have to do is call verizon and set up.

no it does not. i did not have one on it although if you want you can put a 9.99 data package on it. but it is considered one of their basic phones
