This ring is really cute. It has 5 hearts with some type different colored stones inside hearts and on both sides of ring it say "I LOVE YOU". It has some type of markings on inside but I can not see exactly what it says so fir that reason I will list it as COSTUME jewelry. It does appear to have some tanish on sides of ring like it was scraped. May or may not be noticeable when on your finger although not noticeable on mine unless looking closely. Once again this is listed as costume jewelry it does say something inside but I can not see what. This will come with tracking! I also know nothing about the stones in it. It is really cute. I do not know exact size but I wear a size 7 on ring finger and this is too big for my ring finger so would have to be atleast size 8 or up.... Sorry I don't have anyway to know size.
