The listing, Logitech computer/phone/pc speakers has ended.

These used to work great but when you turn them up they get a distortion, but when you play them at lower volume they sound fine. There may be a loose wire somewhere, could be an easy fix. These are great for computers, iPods, mp3 players, phones ect. All listia rules apply!

That could be a reason, they sounded great until you crank the volume

Most likely is they only last so long until the glue used to hold the fiber coated wires to the driver wears away
