this is a new pair of boxer shorts, 2xl, 100% cotton. they run extremely small, I would say they would fit a size large. my son ordered 2 pair, they are from the UK. it is too expensive to send them back so I am listing the other pair here. The fabric is not like t-shirt, more like button down shirt. My son wears XL, but the store site said they run small and to order one size larger. He did but they still run small so I think they would fit a regular size large. I can't find my tape measure but I will try to get measurement shortly. color is blue and white. thanks for viewing.
