Brand new in package. i ordered then my car got messed up in a accident so i can't use these. great reviews on these lights. no yellow like factory bulbs...white with just a trace of blue tint. not hid lights but aftermarket upgraded bulbs for factory bulb replacement. way better than stock bulbs. paid 35.00 for these plus shipping. i ship with tracking. all listia rules apply. ask questions before bidding. ty. ***please check your vehicle manual to confirm if it fits your car or truck before bidding. ***if you open the item it is yours , and no returns if you don't confirm that it fits your vehicle and you open them. ty..

Lights not measured in lumens. ..lights measured in watts...there is a conversion to figure out but you need to Google it. Ty
