This is new in the box dog or at nail trimmer. Better brand than pedi paws. I have two of them and my dog loves it so much better than the manual clippers. It files them instead of clipping and makes them smooth. It won't crack or splinter the nails like dog clippers will. It's so gentle you can use it on cats also. All papers and instructions are with it.Still wrapped in nplastic.
I'm sorry I can't offer free shipping but due to having a chronically ill child all extra money goes towards dr. bills. You will only be required to pay half. Which is 2.50. It will be sent priority mail cuz it's cheaper because it's kind of heavy in the box.
