The listing, Dewalt 18v XR+ nicd Drill has ended.

This is a super-powerful drill that cost quite the penny once-upon-a-time. I have since upgraded and moved on. All I can say is, "go online and read the description of this drill." Unfortunately, the battery pack fell in water and is no longer usable, so a battery pack is needed. Get a used one online cheap. Drill works excellent once it has been charged.

Was hoping the battery was still useful...my husband just mentioned that his 2 batteries are no longer working...Now...does he upgrade to the new 20v???

These are great drills, just the right size for a lady. We have a larger one now and its much heavier. Nice listing!

I understand and respect your concern. The winner would need a charger. Once charged, it will work like it did befire it lost its charge.

I have a battery, not a charger. It worked brfore the battery died, so positive it will work once charged. No doubt about it.
