usps tracks all mail not just mail with tracking numbers. i dispute all claims that do not have usps explanation for not arriving! insufficient postage, return to sender, undeliverable ok!
just lost in postal bermuda triangle with no usps explanation, forget about it! save the drama for your mama, or just be honest & someone she can be proud of!
