This is Kelly, Barbies little sister. She is made by Mattel. She is special edition from Target although I am not sure what year she was a special edition for. She is brand new in package and never have been played with.

She is dressed for Halloween so hurry now so that your little girl has a chance to play Trick or Treating with.

well i will keep my fingers crossed for her......just so you know Kelly is not as big as a regular barbie doll although she is about 2/3 rds the size. Also please keep an eye on my auctions I am hoping to make a bunch of barbie doll clothes and post on here......I am a very good seamstress so they would be quality work. I just need to start feeling well enough to do it.

I have seen some great costumes on here......I actually bought some patterns from a fellow listian and now making granddaughters outfit. Good luck getting their costumes.
