Nope the like new is ready to be in use like i said its a virgin mobile prepaid. Only reason im giving the sec phone away cause its hard to sell it when the charging port is broken ideal for parts. I will work just need a charged battery an their zero scratch mark on the sec one the like new one has one or two little one id haft to point out
