I couldn't begin to answer that question without guessing. Albeit a good question, comfortably I am unable to answer it because I do not want to mislead you. The best source to field your questions about the terms and conditions of the ebay e-gift card would be Ebay/PayPal. I have found a good telephone number you can dial to best answer your questions about terms and conditions and that telephone number is:

Hi,
Just wanted to let you know what I found out. I think you misunderstood the rule. You cannot send ebay gift certificates to YOUR own personal PayPal email address as in you can't email them to yourself. But it can be the winner's PayPal email.
