I received this in 2004 for winning some little thing, or sent for it, I really don't remember positively, but just don't want to keep holding on to things, I did sorta peel some of my old address label off envelope, but the items have been kept in it since I got it back then. There is the sticker sheet and 5 decal sheets. 1 w/ the 99 on it, and 2 each of the others.
