Paying for shipping is not the issue.. The issue is that it is illegal to mail any kind of liquid in the postal service in Canada and the USA.

This is why I will only ship within Canada.

As long as I ship within Canada there is pretty much zero chance they will find out it is a liquid , where if I mail to the USA, it has to go through customs and the package will get looked at.

If it was not illegal to mail liquid , I would also have free shipping for USA.
