Hello! Yes it does work. It needs fluid, obviously. (lighter fluid). But, once fluid is put in, it works great.
Depending on how the bidding goes, I may include a small bottle of lighter fluid... Not sure If I'd be aloud to ship that though, I'll have to check on that first.

But to answer your question, yes. It does work, just Needs lighter fluid.
