It's a skort not skirt not a seamstress or tailor but measuring from mid waist band to crotch about 15" all depends on the lady's figure how it fits. The thinner the lady and smaller her derrierre, etc the longer it would hang; opposite results with more "meat". It is meant to be a short skort.
