This is a real sterling and yellow saphire ring and is a size 7-1/2. It is a really delicate looking ring. It would work great for those of you with a November birthday because it's the same color as yellow topaz.

It comes in it's original cardboard box. The jeweler put the worth at $50.00-$75.00

it should be real saphire stones, because the tag says it is.. but either way I still like it.,. my 15 yr old birthday is Nov 20th... I want it so I can wear it to represent his birthday :)
