no. but a ex-prisoner can be released and wear one out and place it on an auction site! lol bad memories for me....collectors item for someone else.

people in the us dont go to prison for their po;itical views they come under scrutiny from the cia.and the paranoid political machine..this paranoia,by the way is not restricted by party lines! it's on both sides of the house. people go to prison for improper actions ergo.....terrorist acts....violence....etc. so in short terms, speak your mind...you are garaunteed that right in the constitution!!!
