Any stains or tears? How many inches are the waist and the hips? Sizes are so different these days.

There is a lil discoloration on one of the legs no tears and I don't think there is any stains but I'll have to check when I get home and measure the waist line I'm not home at the moment

Length 36 1/2 inches side to side on waist is 17 1/2 and 35 inches all the way around waists
