This is great for colds and stuffy noses smells like vicks I apply it to pinecones, or my fake plants its like having vicks and really helps

This is an Essential Oil so it is strong and does not need
alot
Please do not apply to skin without a base oil
such as
Olive, sunower, joba, sweet almond or just veg. oil. Works
great in any balm also (start with one drop and work from
there to desired scent) I hope you enjoy your oil and don't be
afraid to mix your essential oils for different scents
