Does this dry hard and "crusty" (I can't think of a good term lol) like whipple does or is it more soft and flexible like a silicone when it dries?? Thanks in advance for answering!! :)

I think it's more flexible in my opinion :) it's not crusty at all and doesn't really crack. And usually if you put in on a plastic surface or a silicone case it peels right off :)
