Hello you are looking/bidding on a jar almost full of 100+ coins I bought a few jars of coins at an estate sale a few days ago I found some really neat stuff I found gold coins silver coins half cents large cents buffalo,shield and v nickels wheat and 95% copper Penny's even a roll of barber quarters I haven't opened the jar but what I see on the outside is large cents mercury dime 95% copper Penny's wheat Penny's buffalo nickels and a carded coin on the top can't tell what it is just imagine what could be in the middle I will not open the jar the winner will be sorting coins for a day or so good luck and happy bidding

Hey is it possible to get a few pictures where the coins are in focus? And just to be clear you went to an estate sale, found gold, silver, coins from the 1800's and other cool stuff, but you weren't curious enough after all that to open this?

There is no way I could get a few jars at a sale, and open some, to find the kind of treasures you mentioned, and not open the rest. I would go crazy! Neat auction idea! Curiosity could kill the kitty! LOL

BillbertGilbert, I kinda agree with you about the auction; reminds me of the old "pig in a poke" quote. Honestly, I think I was more interested before the jar was opened: what's showing does not appear to be much. IF I bid, it will be because I have so many credits and can't find anything to use them for....except maybe auctions like this one. Credits are easy come, hard to go for me. So, I can always take the coins to my bank, unless they turn out to be mostly foreign and/or tokens! I hope the winner lets us know what GREAT coins were found!
