Up for bid are 20 Hickman Beans. John Hickman was a fellow who lived down the road from us and grew the best beans ever.

We have a few left and would like to share some to keep his awesome heirloom bean alive.

LOL.... It seems we share Many interests. I just placed a bid, but was wondering if these are bush or pole beans? I just broke out another small plot and these will be perfect to plant there beside our sweet taters :)

That would be a hoot, but we seldom ever leave our area...lol.… Mostly sit at home, when I'm not working, and tend the garden. The Hickman beans look alot like some heirloom beans that I bought last fall, but I didn't check the germination and so far none have come up. I've bid these high enough that someone will have to try pretty hard to get em from me :) and maybe I can help keep them going.
