Light blue background with shimmery white chenille accents throughout.

How good do they block the light out?

My guesstimate is they are opaque. Light will come through, resulting in more of a shade effect. I hope that is a good description. Thank you for your interest.

would they measure 120 inch total 60 inch per window? can they be machine washed ?

Yes 2 will fit a 60" window, and 120" total . I hope I got that right LOL
Machine wash cold.
