This is a pattern, where you make 2 dolls in one. one is a girl doll, and the other side is a bear with baby bear in front pocket. It is a Butterrick pattern.

Yes she did, this was how all 4 of we girls learned to sew, then we went to Barbie doll cloths..lol I have a pattern for those in here too, but havent checked to see if it is all there yet.
