It need reset by iTunes

After trying the 5th time it will connect to iTunes see on iPods if you let them set and don't touch it for a while it will say that is locked for 26 million minutes and I don't have a computer to rest it

Yes it has a camera and yes it will rest the whole iPod and it is not iCloud locked so there will be no password
