"Whitetail Cutlery" is a brand that has been around for some time. I believe it was originally based in old "Miss" but I am not positive. Any way this is their first venture into the assisted opening market. The knife is based on the old Delta Ranger design. It is very fast to open, a solid well built knife. Knife is 8" over all w/ a 3&3/8" blacked out blade, which I of course put the scorpion edge on. So not only is it lighting fast but razor sharp to. Handle is a plastic composite material w/ sure grip inserts. Right hand thumb stud and rear trigger makes for fast opening w/ either hand, liner lock and a belt, boot or pocket clip. Knife is new in the box. Makes a great every day carry or working knife.
