Does it talk to make commands or does it jus accept calls ? Works on an android phone?

Seep picture #4 for all the functions, it has a mic but I am not sure about "accepting command" and yes it will work with any devise via Bluetooth. I hope this helps!

I saw all the pictures but I wanted to make sure if this device can make calls and not just received calls. I am looking for one that can make calls as well as receive them, thanks. I don't see that it says that anywhere so I was asking if you knew perhaps?
