Nothing in this movie was overdone. If anything I would have liked to have seen more romance between Battaglia's character and the heroine of the movies. This always makes for a better picture when the heroine
in jeopardy is also the love interest of the hero ala Louis Lane. This franchise could've branched into a decent television series. Sorry it did not, but as for movies, these were pretty good and worth viewing again. Would not have felt cheated to have bought them separately,
but this is more than a baragin, 2 for 1. I give them both a 3.5 out of 5. Luc wants to get CIA director Resco & uncover the UNI SOL project. The ending has a almost Illuminati syle to it. I liked these movies - I thought that Chandra West was better than Alley Walker no joke. Jeff
Wincott wasn't to bad Gary Busey was great I thought that Burt Reynolds needed more screen time but he was good none the less. Matt Battagila's acting was wooden but it was better in part 3. I don't know why they reshot the Deverux Scott fight from Universal Soldier 1 for the begging of Universal Soldier BIA. The action was lacking in part 2 part 3 had a bit more the official sequel with Van Damme had a ton of action but I prefer these unofficial sequels over the official sequel.
