Mine was a heart pendant wind-up watch which i've tried to find ever since. I dispise theives and have had a similar situation happen & the first auction I bid on was slightly similar to it.

Yes it'not a good photo but in the one sideways you can see the silver marking. I can look again an see if there is a marking for the gemstones if you'd like.
