The listing, Antique POSTCARD Grassmere Park 1914-15 Fishing Creek / Benton PA has ended.

Up for bid is a vintage postcard titled "Dancing Pavillion, Grassmere Park, PA".

Grassmere Park is located on Fishing Creek, in the Benton area of Columbia County, PA. Some fishermen will be familiar with the campground (private) located there, but back in the early part of the 20th century, there were dances there and it was a popular spot for the young folk in the summer!

Card is circa 1914-1915 and in very good unused condition, with little wear. Some very subtle hand-coloring on the card. I believe this one is hard-to-find.

If you collect the Benton / Jamison City area of Pennsylvania, perhaps this is a card you can use in your collection!

Not faded. It's the way the card was made and it's really in great condition! My dad, who was born in 1901, went to this park when he was a young man. :)
