This is a brand new BLUE Sally Hansen Crackle Overcoat nail polish. You put any color you want as the base color (I prefer white) then depending how thick you put this stuff you get thicker or thinner cracks! If bids go over 1,000 I will include a (brand new) bottle of white nail polish for the base color.
