Tinny Ticker is a little tin girl like the Tin Man from the Wizard of Oz. Tinny is shiny metallic silver,
including her hair, dress and oilcan hat

According to her legend/bio she is made from a tin can
Like all the Mini La laloopsy dolls Tinny is a very small doll that comes with some very small accessories. Hers include an oilcan, a heart shaped purse, a tray of heart shaped cookies and a silver " wind-up" mechanical monkey. This doll will not stand on its own, but is able to sit for display when not being played with.

I am not for sure honey and I am sure this is an older one I found it cleaning out a stockroom it was the only one to itself. I love them but not a collector I buy them for the listia fans ...Sorry I could not help you more ....
