Spiderman Motorcycle Toy

I think all the parts are here.... but I'm not 100% sure. There is a round circular part on the bottom that spins around and around and I have no clue what it's for!

Certainly "drives" just fine (manually). Residue from my price sticker on the top- it will come off with soap and water.

The only other indication of wear I could find were a couple of incredibly tiny spots here and there on the body of the motorcycle. Certainly nothing a kid would notice. :)
