yep you just call them. They have two plans unlimited talk txt and web for $45 or 1000 mins 100 txt and 30 mb of data for $30 you can buy the plan you want online or in any walmart store. The phone works anywhere verizon phones work *straight talk runs off their network* and there is no charge for roaming.
