my son is in a 29 to 30 now and he says they're to tight, so I'm guessing about a 28" I will measure when I get home and post measurement.

Hello, I'm sorry this is a relist and I copied the other comments from my post last time. I already have them packaged up and ready for shipment. I do know they fit my son when he was a 28 in the waist and they came approximately an once above his knee.
