game does not work!

not sure why, i tried cleaning it but it won't start
reads game cause it says nintendo underneath gameboy when you turn it on but then goes to a blank screen and doesn't start game

not sure if its a problem changing the save battery would fix, but maybe
i was going to try and change the battery but i couldn't open the cartridge
label is a little faded
