What is media mail?

I's usually how books and magazines are mailed..But im going to check to see which will be cheaper to mail out my auctions..

Media mail is bare minimum shipping used for books, albums, and videos, where nothing else (no non-media) can be included in the package. It is the cheapest postage on books that weigh over 7 ounces. If they are less than that, first class postage is a little cheaper, but on most books, media mail is the way to go. And, while they tell you that it can take up to two weeks, often you still get them in 3-5 days. I send a lot of books, so I am very familiar with it by now.

Does this go in-depth or is this more of an Intro to Wicca type book?
What I mean is does it go into a lot of history behind the holidays and what not or just a few paragraphs on it?
