Magni Ear hearing aid. 1". This is a small hearing aid.

Due to a depleted immune system I lost hearing in both ears. This worked great. Without I could not hear anything with it I could hear like nothing was wrong.

You get the miniature hearing aid. 3 different size ear pieces, 3 batteries, brush, booklet, case and instruction booklet. I used for a month.

the pictures are the best I could get.

Oh......I NEED this.....I have been having problems for a couple of years now.
