Oh I am 'crazy' for the color of red in the stone of this ring. I purchased this GP'd manmade ruby ring from a foreign country, believing it was the 'real deal'. For the record, it's not 14k gold, even tho it's stamped with the 14k hallmark, but it is nicely plated.
And the lab created stones are incredibly beautiful, the way they sparkle. (Man-made stones are created in a lab and have the same attributes as the real ones-except they lack the flaws usually found in a natural gem).
The craftmanship in this rings design, is excellent, nice enough that I'd wear it regardless of it not being the real deal...(mught not fool a jeweler but it would fool a layman's eye in a heartbeat) I'd keep it and gladly wear it but it's tooo small. It's a size 7.
You won't be dsappointed with it, that's for sure.

I'm pretty sentimental about stuff and you folks over there became family when you all stood with us after 911. Just like NYC's peeps became all of ours that day, so did the UK. We moved out here in '93. Our place is just above Rocky Creek, N. end of Key Penin. Ths had to have been a fun place to grow up! Are you still in the area? How long has it been since you were out this way? We're darn near Big City stuff-traffic light where hwy 302 intersects with Peninsula Hwy. Walt's grocery is building new store in Key Center and the automotive place across from the tavern is now a smoke shop, real estate office on corner is now liquor store, old liquor store is now med. marijuana clinic. Huckleberry Rest was sold and now serves awesome Mex. food. Key Center Tavern is now McCallahan's. On & on! Come visit! This ring really is a pretty one! I am sooo into ruby reds. LOL

walts !! lol i know you didnt say walts hahahahaha wow i grew up a mile from the fish hatchery omg how funny ... I wouldnt trade where I grew up for anywhere . I used to spend alot of my summer days in lake holiday lol even out at kopachuck state park too, we used to kick it in lakebay alot too !! I remember when walts was the only store forever between key pen and minter the harvest time country store lol the huckleberry inn has been there forever , i went to key pen middle school too , a minter elementry and peninsula h.s how cool .... if your on facebook we should connect ; ' )
